You wouldn't want to change a farm lot to residential. Farm lot have lowest tax rates! Filipinos that are not dual citizens are limited to a total of 1,000 square meters land ownership.

Hello guys To convert agricultural to residential land you need to pay a conversion fee depending on the location of the property. Here in lipa the conversion fee is 70 pesos per sqm plus all the additional side costs
