Lahore Gymkhana was made in 1880 for British rulers and Nawabs etc .First was made in UK Gym and khana mixture English/ Indian language To serve elite class to socialise Sports etc Lahore and Mian Mir Institute was its initial name

There were banned opposed in liquor during Bahtto government. But Tomobola a kind every weak and new year night were celebrated. Hostel rooms were used for ilegal activities till1983. Not sure what's going on now.
