I’ve always wondered about spring training and I can watch pro practice/talk about practice/stretch all day! Thank for answering question. 1.) When do the teams go over signs ? How often? 2.) Do players (maybe some of the minor leaguers) sleep at the complex ? 3.) Do minor leaguers interact with big leaguers ? 4.) Does the team limit any additional work you want to put in? Say, a bullpen you want to throw in your own? Hitting ? 5.) Do onboard players ask you as new player about how you had them scouted ? Do you talk about former teams and how they do stuff ? Let’s say you are playing the Reds, would you tell the Dodgers about Maybe an unknown Votto weakness at the plate ?

Bauer has the best delivery as a pitcher. Try it. I use a # of different wind up deliveries and his is by far the best. Keep those hands low during the wind up. Not sure why it works, but it does.

Love watching your behind the scenes and the information you give. Question for you?? You have your own throwing, lifting routines/programs. When you are with a team, do they have their own programs that they want you to follow or in your contracts do you or are you able to let them know that you have your own and they are open to letting you do your own routine. How about during off season, do they set up a program for you for the same situation or is the offseason all on your own?

Hey Trevor, during spring training do the players drive themselves to the games or is there a team bus? On split squad games do you decide where to play or does the team? And finally after your outing last Monday you finished after two innings. Do you get to go home right after or do you stick around in the clubhouse?
