Ahhh firstly I would love a video from you every day in August but also if you don’t manage every single day you’re still reaching your goal of improving your confidence in vlogging🩷 Secondly it makes me so sad hearing the way you feel about yourself, you honestly are radiant but I’m a fellow plus sized girlie with PCOS whose also currently on a health journey. I’m working with a coach and some of the most sustainable pieces of advice she has given me are: include at least a palm sized amount of protein in every meal/snack as this helps keep your body full, drink 2L of water a day and pair something you want to eat with something good for your body! I’m a sucker for a pastry so I have one with a bowl of Greek yogurt and fruit. These tips have really helped me on my journey of feeling better without having to obsessively count calories🩷
