With your perfume, don't rub! The notes in the perfume need time to progress, and if you rub, you crush it down to the base note--therefore, your perfume will barely last! :)

@@JemimaRose I just have to tell people when I see them rub their wrists! :) Also, for lasting longer, spray where you are hottest. So, usually it is behind your ears, behind your knees, or the nape of your neck!
