Saniya, no lie, you’ve got to eat more than just a Chick-fil-A salad to gain weight. You can work out all day, but if you’re not eating three times a day, it’s pointless because you’re not maintaining a balanced routine. Try eating oatmeal for breakfast. For lunch, have a Chick-fil-A fried chicken sandwich instead of a salad. For dinner, go for a full-course meal like salmon make it at home with rice. Also, make sure to drink your protein shakes before or after your workout. Premier Protein shakes, especially the caramel and birthday cake flavors, are a 10/10. I can literally show you my before and after pics; I was your size or even smaller before. Trust these steps work I’ve been in your shoes before you can hire any trainee you want but if your not eating it’s worthless also slow down with the drinking. Because that could also be bad as well while working out do a detox to get the liquor out.

Prioritizing Eating 3-4 meals a day , especially with protein. Breakfast-1 cup of Oatmeal with Berries on top Lunch- Chicken with brown rice ( has protein) or white rice with greens Snack- Protein Smoothie Dinner- Tofu, Chicken or Beef with something to pair it with Incorporating high protein meals is very important for muscle growth especially if you’re trying to gain for glutes or just in general, eating in a deficit is for losing weight and eating in a surplus is for gaining weight

YAY on your weight gain! Try adding more protein to your diet like shakes or bars and eating more snacks (walnuts, almonds, cheese and crackers or whatever works for you). I struggle with eating (due to health issues) so the snacks and shakes come in clutch. I love the intro! It’s very Christmas!

High Protein Smoothie 2-3 Frozen Bananas 3 tbs of Hemp seeds which can range from 15-30 grams of Protein depending on the brand you get 1 tbs of Peanut Butter also has a great amount of protein Oat milk- pour as much as you want depending on how you like your smoothies thick or liquid There’s also a plant-based Protein called Sunwarrior and they have a chocolate flavour that I buy 1 scoop has 17g of protein but I only use a little bit just for flavour This recipe helped me gain weight

Start meal prepping your meals , like chicken and rice or steak and rice . Something that is high in protein, I promise you you will see faster results with eating lots of protein! Bc eating salads is more for people who are trying to loose weight or maintain weight. Other than that you are doing amazing with being consistent in the gym boo! I’m so proud of you
