Tennessee is gorgeous. I love going there. My best friend lives there so it's like a home away from home for me. I don't get to go as much as I'd like, because it's a 7 hour drive but I love it. I have an idea in honor of Blair as she recovers from her tonsillectomy, and that is I have giving you my favorite actually second favorite as the first favorite contains strawberries and they might be too acidic for Blair right now. The recipe is fill blender about 2/3rds full of frozen peaches and fill with soy or almond milk and add about 2 to 4 scoops of vanilla protein powder and blend until smooth and creamy. I encourage everyone to also share their favorite smoothie recipe for Blair to enjoy while she recovers as well.

Where y'all live in Tennessee is so pretty. My mom makes that poppy seed chicken casserole and it is so good! I saw in one of your other vlogs that you were getting foot cramps. Someone may have mentioned this, but if I don't have the correct arch in my tennis shoes my feet cramp so bad. You can get told if you have a high or low arch and also what type of runner you are so you can find the best shoe for your feet. Hope that helps :)

hah this cracked me up! I totally threw my christmas lights around my tree like that at first…the next day I realized there were some bald spots, so I went to buy more lights.
