I love Xmas and I’m 33, but it’s just me and my dad at home and he is totally Scrooge. I spend Xmas mostly alone because he would rather be in the pub with his mates. Hi it’s louise..I suffer with multiple sclerosis and lupus also borderline personality disorder..I only go out with my support worker 3 mornings a week I have her for 2 hrs..your vlogs are brilliant.. it makes me feel like I’m connected to the outside world. It is so hard to adjust, mine are grown up now and we have 4 grandchildren, but when the boys left home and then we go to theirs for Christmas when I’ve always had all the family at mine, oh it’s hard, still fun, different, not the same x

Know how you feel guys, my kids grown up left home and no sign if grandkids yet 🤞 so very much an adult Xmas, would be pretty flat if I didn’t pretend in my mind I’m still a kid and still do the things I love for me, even if the family aren’t interested. It is different, nowhere near the fun, so I’m praying for grandkids one day so I can have a proper Xmas back. I used put so much pressure on myself for Xmas, l remember one Xmas l throw the Xmas tree out on the deck, l my partner left me with 4 month baby , lam more stronger than l ever, been, now l just do what l can handle best way too be, and lam enjoying Xmas this year

Also.. So I'm 34 and ive been alone at Xmas for like 10 years and one of the worst things about it is other ppls reactions when u tell them ur alone at xmas...their like WHAT YOUR ALONE AT XMAS??? OMG....and its like yes yes yes wel ur not guna invite me round are u so shut up lol roll on January...but i do like ur vlogs tho guys...hopefully i will be able to watch them all if my mental health allows it lol

Big hugs 🤗 Christmas can definitely be stressful as there is so much pressure and high expectations for perfection . I think social media can add to the pressure to . I came across a book back in late October titled "Loving My Actual Christmas" by Alexandra Kuykendall. Excellent read if Christmas stresses you out. So many unmet expectations surround Christmas and it can be frustrating and depressing when it just doesn't go the way you would like. The book gave me a different perspective and has taken away some of that stress. You should give it a try and see what you think. It will make you more mindful of how you expect Christmas to be and how to deal with the stressful thoughts.

The Nilla Wafers are the ones I told you about a while ago! You can make banana pudding with them! Yummy! You guys are so cute at how excited you get about all this food!! Peeps are HUGE here. Started at Easter with just the yellow chicks. Now they've branched out to all holidays. Pure sugar! Yep, Kiki... you can eat Pop Tarts however you want. In fact, I'd eat them without toasting them 90% of the time! You know the "Indecisive" bar is a Snickers, right?! They put all kinds of adjectives on them. Pretty much all of our "cartoon" cereals are "artificially flavored!" That's what makes them so damn delicious! Ha! xx
