Oh if you’re looking for a pattern may I suggest Dana Rae Makes ‘Scattering Petals Cowl’ ! I’m using it for my DK weight advent and it’s soooo squishy, it has options for sockweight, dk or sock held double!

Kino Knits has mystery advent shawl I just started called Perpetual Hope. All garter, no purling and is very pretty so far and I’m on color two!

I've enjoyed knitting your 24 stripe Advent, and other colourways, since 2019. I love the tradition! Can you tell me the name of the blanket squares pattern in the photo at the end of your video? It looks like an Advent mini skein project, and I love it!

The one on the left is a cozy memories blanket, I can't remember which pattern I used but here is a video with instructions on how to knit the squares in a similar way, kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYvWp2agn5ifjaM . I just chose to have mine point towards the center of the blanket. The squares on the right is Vivid (www.tincanknits.com/pattern/vivid?g=2)

Thanks for doing Vlogmas, Christina! I cast on my cuff yesterday and finished it plus 2 stripes today and have cast on the 2nd cuff so hopefully will be caught up for tomorrow’s 3rd stripe on both socks. What length are your Signature DPNs? I have 6” ones and think yours look shorter?

my DPNs are 5in and it works well for me. I do have a set of 6in as well but I usually only use those when knitting for hubby

I've jumped on the Musselburgh Hat train, but I'm wondering if I knit 2 stripes a day will I finish the hat by Christmas? Soes the math work out? I want to knit ball one for the outside and ball 2 for the imside.

I can't wait to see how it turns out. I haven't knit this pattern myself but if you want to knit up the full skein you would need to knit 4 stripes per day. Each half of the advent skein has 2 repeats of 24 stripes so 96 stripes in total.
