I find funny books difficult as well, but I thought Nothing to See Here by Kevin Wilson was HILARIOUS, one of the only books I've laughed out loud during. Love the book recs, would love this to be a more regular thing (:

I think you should try Terry Pratchett's discworld books if you haven't before. Witty, humorous and quite cozy feeling as well :) Plus the hardcover versions are beautiful!
