I wouldn’t co sleep we had a child at the same time as our friends and they co sleep and now 18months on they are still co sleeping and their son is still a bad sleeper. We went through the pain of having to stay awake and take it in turns with who sleeps and when but our son is now happy in his own cot and sleeps amazingly just need to stick it out and keep a routine however hard it is it will get easier

for little one's sleep: when I stopped breastfeeding at night (when she was 13,5 months old) my daughter has started to sleep through the night. before then she'd wake up every 1,5 hours during the night. I still breastfeed on day time. maybe it can be an idea for you also :)
