I love that cute little slip stitch pattern you are doing on your Advent socks! I'm going to use that on another of your colourways that I have since I am well into my Advent socks already :) . Is the slip stitching just on the 1st row of each colour change?

Wonderful! Yes the slipped stitches are on the first round after a colour change the rest is plain stockinette

You can find it on Ravelry here: www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/quill-4 or you can purchase the patter directly from Brooklyn Tweed here: brooklyntweed.com/products/quill I knit the large size and upsized it by another repeat to make a blanket size knit in DK on 5mm needles.
