Morning Andrea.. I'd love to buy one of the knicker kits but since you've moved your business to the UK I'd incur excessive customs taxes as I live in Spain 🙄 Next time I'm visiting friends in the UK I'll pop into your shop and buy direct. I used to live in Dorset 😊

@@Beyondthepinkdoor I bought some patchwork supplies earlier this year from a uk company claiming the same scheme. But alas my package was stuck in Madrid for weeks unless I paid the customs duty. No amount of correspondence was useful and I had to get a refund in the end. I have little faith in the system as a result!! Such a shame....

@ I send all over the EU with no problems . If anyone has to pay customs due to the country’s mistake I refund it . It’s only happened once & it was a customer in my Ireland 🇮🇪 my own home country ☺️
