Great vlog Owen! My mom went to beauty school with Stella Parton Dolliy's sister I have the picture of all of them.and Stella owed a florist as did my mom too in the 1990's in Seymour TN they were different florist but they each owed one my grandmother was born and raised in Sevierville TN where dolly is from granny new her and her parents they wear all friends and neighbors back in the day we watched Dolly get her start on the Cas walker show and then Porter Wagner show my granny said I can't believe Dolly wears all that makeup n those wigs lol! I bet her mommy is having a fit lol old people are so funny. then granny moved to Knoxville and never seen em again she said that's what show biz will do to you, she left her family but Dolly built her parents a new house and her daddy didn't want it said it was too big and you should work for what you have and not have it handed to you by your famous child, but her mom talked her dad into living in the new house but he tried to pay Dolly for the house and she refused told her parents it wasn't because she was rich, it was because they gave her everything they could when she was a child and they deserved it. Her dad thanked her and said if she wouldn't take what money he was going to pay her for the place she could pick a Charity to give the money too and that's what Dolly done she gave to charity so her dad would have peace of mind and not feel like he was handed a handout,that's when she started the free books for kids it's wonderful , sorry for the long comment just wanted you to know a little back story of Dolly thank you for the vlog and I hope you can have the Merriest Christmas ever! I lost my mom 4 years ago October 30 th so I know it's hard not having them here but I think of it like this my mother isn't suffering anymore, and I'm glad I had 82 years with her, you keep you're mom in you're heart she is always there and I'm sure she is so proud of you , just take care of you first and I hope you have a merry Christmas and a happy new year!
