Girl I'm 28 and I can safely say that moving to a place with tons of friends and family around has made me immesurably more happy. I used to live in Santa Barbara and while it was beautiful and I absolutely loved it, I was really isolated and it negatively impacted my mental health more than I realized. Moving to the bay area to be closer to the people I love pretty instantly improved my quality of life, and I have no regrets!

Hi Callie, I relate to you a lot with the anxiety and such, I recall a podcast episode about the drinking a while back and I’m unsure what your thoughts are now, but I personally found drinking to make me gain so much weight and make me way more anxious, especially on anxiety meds. I kmow a sober life is so boring but I just thought this could maybe be helpful. Even 2 drinks a week could impact you more than you think. Ultimately it’s your life and you know yourself best! Wishing you positivity and joy.

I love your vlogs so much! 🍓🫶🏼🌟 I’m 27 turning 28 in a few days.. something I learned a while ago is to look for people in places that fit the person you want to meet, and it’s really helpful for example: my ideal husband plays tennis but doesn’t go to bars so I will expect to meet my husband at a tennis court (that is literally just an example, same thing with friends) sometimes we look for people and relationships in general in the wrong places, I just wanted to share because it really helped me when I felt hopeless and even if you don’t get out of house you can still meet your person somehow. What is yours no one can take it away from you, love you! 🤍
