Hope you are feeling better Amber. That tea is a miracle tea. Next time I make it I will add cinnamon sticks. Two other suggestions, Vicks (I swear by it) 😊and wear one of you hand knit hats. Take care and get lots of rest.

I hope you feel better soon! My husband and I have both been sick with similar symptoms after traveling over thanksgiving to see our sons and their families. I have also learned to take it easy as I’ve gotten older. I would really like to decorate for Christmas but just don’t have the energy. Take care, Amber!

I make my own herbal teas all the time. The ginger and cinnamon are so good for you when you're sick. I hope you feel better soon

I just love the podcast and it oozes Christmas. One does not always take it easy when you get sick but it makes more sense to rest. Your drink sounds good and the picture of the two of you making pizzas looked so family. The first yarns opened are squishy and I especially like the mottled pink one. Get better soon is it Covid ?

Sorry you are sick..my friends use that concoction for sore throat as you do..I will try that if or when I get sore throat..I had that same picture as you.The lady playing the piano. The artist painted different ladies and pianos and rooms ..need to ind one agin since I now have a big house agin ..thanks for sharing!!hope you get well soon..ok to not talk!..oh and perhaps Vicks on your feet before bed with cotton socks over night may help?

This is the first time I tried this one and it was okay. Like you, I have had a difficult time finding a good GF one. I did sub in almond flour for about half of the flour called for and for the other half, i used multipurpose GF flour.

As my husband and I were watching, he made a comment regarding peeling ginger. Did you know you could peel ginger with a spoon and that will give you a lot more ginger to use and less to have to throw away.
