I heard over mixing mashed potatoes with a mixer makes them gummy. It is better to use a potato masher.

Yes Linda you are right. It's the over beating that turns the starch into gluten. I don't think the temperature of the milk has anything to do with it.

So u were talking about the ceo of the insurance company Unfortunately I was led down a rabbit hole on Facebook and KZbin reading posts of regular people and their opinions about this guy U know I’m a nurse at an insurance company and I have read that “nurses from insurance companies need to be the ones to die” as they are the ones to approve/ deny patients life saving needs I think there’s a lot of people that are clearly in the dark about insurance companies and what they do…but I need to start taking screen shots because it’s really scary I thought working from home is a great/safe job… guess it’s really not… ( in case ppl want to know… I don’t have that kind of power to deny anything) I review and send to medical directors if they don’t meet medical necessity , so please don’t think nurses carry so much power- we are humans too) ❤
