Hey tori! Been loving your vlogmas! I’m just curious how often you currently work at/for stride throughout the week? I’m an aspiring fitness studio owner and would love to know how demanding the workload is this many years in

I can include it in videos! I teach 2x / week typically and spend a few hours each week on admin. Being 5 years in, I spend less time than I did in the beginning and some weeks are more demanding than others depending on the time of year. I’d say overall it’s 10-15 hours per work week of Stride work
