Love the new app. Hard not to get a lot of sodium. Love having oats and potatoes.

Love the idea of the small scale knitted socks...I'm not that experienced with knitting...I've made slippers and scarves and have wanted to try socks but looks overwhelming....small scale not so scary..I haven't even opened new app..struggling with weight loss

The small socks are not too bad. I'm using a us 2, so it's bigger. Don't be too hard on yourself. Holidays are hard. Enjoy them, then rethink about starting fresh.
