Glad you got out with friends and had a great time! It might be worth the tiredness. Haha!! Sorry if you have already discribed this but I am wondering if you have to crush the acorns to make your dye bath? Also are you doing a 1 to 1 weight of fiber to acorns? I'd really like to try it. I know logwood pieces do better color when crunched up.

@valeriebishop561 hahah, yes, i guess it is worth it, 😆 I have tried both ways, crushing the acorns and just using them whole, and it was no noticeable difference other than the crushed ones needed les cooking time. If you soak the acorns night before, that also helps. I used 2-1 acorns - fibre just
