Merry Christmas Dyan and Matt. Hope you’ve had a lovely day. I hope you have had. Thanks for sharing your stories. I’ve had a sad time but I’ve had to put a brave front on but my health and chronic pain condition have suffered badly from the stress. Sometimes I think I’d like to do a you tube channel and share life with autoimmune diseases and chronic back pain and damage from Medical mistakes but I would be too scared of the negative comments. I get them from people I know, imagine if I didn’t know them. Anyway, have a great week 😊

Hey Kerri 👋💕 Merry Christmas 🎄🎁🧑‍🎄💖 Christmas certainly had its ups and downs, challenges and surprises... and my body paid the price for trying; pain, stress, seizures and struggling to breathe last night. I'm sorry you had a sad time 🫂 I relate to having to mask and put a brave front on for others. Sending big hugs of support and love 💕 There are many challenges and fears with putting your story out to the internet via KZbin. You can certainly filter negative comments, delete and block, if they occur. You can even choose to allow no comments at all! It's understandable how you feel, when in daily life we face judgement whilst having a disability. Keyboard warriors can be easily judgemental and it has been a challenge, but we've found on our own channel that 99% of subscribers have been great, supportive and understanding. The more we share about our life with these conditions, the more we educate and advocate. Enjoy your week and avoid the crazy Boxing Day sales 💖
