Laura, I feel exactly the same after a day in the office! This week, I need to do 2 days in a row like you. Dreading it! I find it helps when I am switching things off, locking doors etc before leaving the house, to say out loud to myself "the curling iron is off", "the door is locked", "the candle is out" etc. It helps me to pause and properly take note so that I don't doubt myself later.

🎄Your hair and skin looks so great these days. And your smile says it all. When I left in my RV and I’m hundreds of miles away from home I freaked a bit. I knew I was going to be gone for a few months so I called my daughter and asked if she had my house key? I thought I kept my 30 amp cord on the sidewalk. Uggggg. Thank God for my daughter. Not as bad as a curling iron but would have been a very costly mistake. Have a wonderful week Laura.
