I am a lover of make up but done very subtle. I like it to look like I’m not wearing makeup but I know I am. Your lipstick looks fantastic in your. Bit brightens your face and really frames your smile. I loved watching the craft day and wish I could have joined in.

I have two daughters adopted from China so I understand all the adoption “stuff”. They were each one year old at adoption and are now 19 and 21. We also have a bio son who is 34. I love hearing how others have adopted. I’m loving your vlogmas episodes.

Appreciated hearing a bit of your adoption story. We adopted 2 children internationally, but also experienced the loss of an adoption that did not conclude successfully. It is a tremendous loss. It may seem unthinkable to others, but the connection is quick and true. Thank you for sharing.

Having supervised a county adoption and foster home program for several years before I retired, I know how long it can take to go through the adoption process from the application to finalization and what an emotional journey it is for everyone. It's unusual to learn outcomes that occurred for other children, but I'm glad you did since was so reaffirming and gave you so much peace. The star ornaments are so clever. I think I might have to make up a kit for my niece and her young children for next Christmas if I don't "age out"!! Btw: your red shawl looks like a good match for your lipstick!!

Thank you, Amber, for telling the story of your adoption journey. As you telling about the little one from S. Korea, I felt so badly for all of you. I am so glad that story had a happy ending. I always thought that Sergei ( sp) came first then Ian and Lily. So I was surprised to hear his story. God works in wonderful ways that we don’t question, just accept. Good, bad, or otherwise…we may wonder why, but know the story will end happily. When I taught, I would wonder why a certain child was placed in my classroom. But as the year progressed, it became obvious to me. Truly miraculus occurrences…..The star ornaments are very nicely done. Something simple sometimes is just what is needed. I also would like to say your friend’s hair is beautiful! It could be in a hair commercial! It was great to see Jordan, as well. Well, I will go now. I was away Friday night, and didn’t even notice a missing vlogmas…I’m still catching up. Have a beautiful Sunday. ❤Cindi

The adoption story is sweet. I was adopted, in a way, and am so grateful. And I’m so happy to see someone else talk about how somehow staying in lounging clothes translates to not being in a working mood! I think it’s so funny because it happens to me too. I cannot get anything done like I want to if I don’t wear the appropriate clothing. I’m also a red lip girl, and the color looks great! ❤️
