This makes me emotional because I have social anxiety so I tend to shrink around people so I don’t appear as a “nice” person rather a mean person, but I help whenever my help is needed it’s what I love for, I literally ask if I can help or I just help, but because of how people treat me because of my character I wonder if I’m a good person, if I’m doing well or if I’m even enough. What comes to mind is how people can be disgustingly savage in secret behavioural wise and have the world seeing only the well ironed parts of themselves in the public eye, has me wanting to scream on a roof top that they are not like that😱, however nothing to gain in doing that.
