Your transparency on what I call "winter gloomiez" in your last vlog is appreciated. Sometimes, we humans experience things that we just can't put our finger on/name. Living in NYC is scary to me for the first time in a decade (for me anyway). What helps is being cognizant of emotions and adjusting in real time. Taking your queue, I am making a point to get dressed everyday versus retreating to my trusty tattered hoodie. Go outside even if it's just my fire escape to sip (spiked) tea or hot cocoa. Finally, forgiving myself if I don't get certain things done as planned. You look awesome and your content is marvelous. Thank you! 🥂

I gave up on the real trees because you will buy up all the ornaments try to make it do what it’s suppose to do. 😅 I go to West Elm, Crate & Barrel and Zgallerie when they have the sales. Now I have a ton of ornaments that I’m bored of. I’m trying to get into the spirit this year but I can’t seem to shake it. Hey Tashira, love the content as usual. I was wondering if you were ever diagnosed with ADHD. As a woman who has been diagnosed, I related hard to the time management and the grocery strategies to keep me from getting bored with food. Also a lot of creatives tend to have it and black women are surprisingly undiagnosed. I didn't get diagnosed until I was 26.
