Hi Mel, a happy new year to you! It was lovely to hear you talk about lessons learnt n feeling better about yourself. Good for you! I empathize with you as i suffer with anxiety myself. I have to force myself to get out but i've just gotta get on with things. I spend a lot of time indoors in winter, i find it easier to get out in the warmer months. I think that's the same for most people. Lovely to see Toni having a real ball with her new found friend. All the very very best for 2025! ✌🏼🌻
