VLOGMAS 🎄 Slow Living Day in the Life | Chronic Illness Edition

Spend a slow day in the life with me and my 3 year old this Christmas.
I'm sharing some of my Self Care tips when you're coming out of a Chronic Illness Flare as well as some Low Energy Activities for young Children as I take you along on our Day.
We were sad that the Christmas lights were Cancelled as we were looking forward to seeing them, though we also take signs from times like these, we obviously weren't meant to go.

Ide love a house rabbit, the last one we had ate everything. Carpets, wires, skirtking boards.. its put me of getting another one. I have M.E and fibromyalgia too. Its awful living with a chronic illness and having to pace yourself , some days I cant even get out off bed, some days the life just drains out of me to the point where I can't talk. .. sorry you have a chronic illness too

They are pains for that, they love to destroy things. Opie is the same 🙈 I feel you, days are so difficult dealing with chronic illness. I’m diagnosed with m.e. And convinced I have fibro too but I’ve given up on doctors at the moment. People don’t realise how hard every day is for us. Sending gentle hugs 🥰
