Panorama of wonderful cultures. Simply loved watching this vlog. Thankfully I have been to Shivsagar and Jorhat. Next time do visit Joysagar tank, the largest man-made tank in the country built by Ahom king Swargadeo Rudra Singha in the year 1697. The king constructed this tank at Rangpur (Sibasagar) in the memory of his mother Joymoti. Sati Joymati is revered in Assam for her sacrifice. There are Bollywood films and Hindi TV dramas about Rani Laxmibai but not about Sati Joymati and freedom fighter Konoklata Bezbarua. First Assamese film is in fact Sati Joymati which I watched at Jyoti Chitraban Film Studio in Guwahati during my journalism course.
