I'm Tata Technologies employee and I went to this same plant in Pune for a visit. It is really amazing and represents how the Tata brand stays true to it's image 🇮🇳 PS: A fascinating fact, only tata vehicles are allowed inside the plant. No other brand vehicle is permitted through the gate. Even the employees having tata vehicles only can bring in their cars, others need to park in outside parking.

I frequently visited in my childhood premier car plant which was in kurla Mumbai. Those are my fond memories. It was a huge very huge plant where all the manufactured cars used to stand in the internal roads. Now that the company is closed and huge housing and shopping mall in the name of Kohinoor has come there. I even had the chance to visit the factory from inside and all the departments of how the car was manufactured.

Just got the vibe after 10yrs as a trainee quality inspector at Pimpri plant. You've visited 10% of facility. Love the food their giving 5 times a day as a North Indian. Loved those haunted hostels. Next time visit their testing track & stock yard you will be amazed .

Hi, I really loved the video reminded me of my days when I was working at GM Talegaon plant, in the Body Shop department. It's truly a testament on how everything is so well synchronised and coordinated in Manufacturing. I was myself shocked on how they made cars with 100s of thousands of parts & hundreds of suppliers involved it. Since I was in bodyshop, it's also the place where they "join" the inner and outer subassembly of the door and it's officially called "Hemming". (done by a smaller press) and Poka-yoke is a design phyilosophy which means to "avoid suprises" by creating fool-proof designs which makes sure there is no defect passing from one station to other, it's basically a design which allows one part to attach to another in only one-direction or way. This makes disassembly and reassembly also easy, I'm sure you must have noticed it which taking apart the car also (at least where implemented well) Thanks for the 30mins VLOG, was so descriptive and amazing! There are sooo many things one can easily implemented (eg, tracking SPQRC indexes) at workshops from such plants which makes everything well organised, and eliminates the root-cause of problems completely. Hope to see a few implemented at BROTOMOTIV for sure.

मै इस प्लांट मे तिन साल काम कर चुका हु. पहले तिन वर्क पिरियड कंप्लीट किये बाद मे कॉंट्रैक्ट मे भि रहा हु. TMD, C block me HCV मे भि काम किया है. बडा अछा अनुभव रहा. इस प्लांट से बडि यादे जुडि है. बहोत बडा प्लांट है. और वर्क कल्चर बहोत अछा है. कैंटिन यहा कि बहोत उमदा है जहा कर्मचारियोके सेहत का खयाल भि रखा जाता है. डायट फुड भि कैंटिन मे मिलता है. और सबसे बडि बात के भारत के कोइ कंपनि मे शायद हि देखने को मिले. यहा स्टाफ बस जितनि चलति है उतनि शायद हि कहि चलति होगि. करिब ४० कि.मि से अलग अलग स्टाफ बस कर्मचारी को कंपनी लाने का काम करति है. जब ३:३० कि शिफ्ट छुटति है निगडि भोसरि रोड पुरा जाम हो जाता है. अब तो रोड भि चौडा हो गया है.
