put the yeast in a little warm water with a little milk not to hot leave it to set one egg two cups or three flour add to the dough and you good to go

My personal opinion, I think that cinnamon rolls are at their best the day of baking. After that, they may last maybe a day. I prefer them right out of the oven🙂

Lol let the dough rise before u bake them. I think that will help them be more lighter. And let your yeast sit in the milk n salt before you mix everything together. Baking is a lot of science and patience.
