Im not sure if you and your doctor understood 1 another but when they say wait 3 days before breastfeeding him they actually mean your actual milk and not only from you directly because now your milk has toxins from meds your taking sorry if I sound harsh but don't you have guidance from your mom

Nana I have a stash of milk pumped in my freezer that is stored for when I’m not around, so I was giving him that milk and I’d pump and throw away the milk coz I still need to keep up with the consistency of pumping Haibo why would I feed milk that I know isn’t good for my baby..?
