So like I said: DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOUR BODY! Loosing weight is a journey that is not one size fits it all. I’ve heard doctors say see what changes you can make in your food choices and the way you move your body during the day. But I don’t think someone that is losing weight needs to tell you how she did it because she’s not a trained professional.
