That delay sounds pretty much like what happened to my trip to Singapore stuck on the plane for hours it’s a bloody long ass day so I feel you Sophie. The wearing of different watches always puzzled me those muffins in that shop looked so 😍😍

I love a good Whole Foods haul! I just went this morning. A few ideas for next time of things you might like - look for anything by the brand Siete because they use clean ingredients. Their grain free chips are great for healthy snacking and are really delicious. Also, they're a great addition if you make chicken tortilla soup. If you want a treat to share with the crew, the Siete cookies are good. Also, I really like the grain free tortillas they make. Also, there are these little dessert bites by Hail Merry that come in different flavors like lemon, key lime, chocolate almond butter, etc that are delicious. I like them becuase they're made from clean ingredients and the portion is small so you get a treat that's not too big. If I'm traveling, I usually get something to eat from the food bar/buffet for a meal instead of going out or ordering Uber Eats because there are lots of healthy options. Thanks for taking us along!
