Thank you so much! I've been looking for someone to show me how to use Excel better. My boss goes through stuff so quickly it's hard to catch! The only problem I faced when using this is realizing that you need to end the table array on the column for which you want your answers drawn. And that only took a few tries hahaha.

I prepare payroll and pension schedules, they take on the average like 2 hours to complete account numbers and pension pin verification so as to avoid paying salary and pension wrongly but with vlookup it takes just little over 5 mins to arrange account nos and pension pins, thanks for the tutorial.
