VM20 clone carburetor: who has jets that fit!!??

If all else fails. You could drill, yes, or try looking into replacing the pilot. Basically, Instead of trying to match main threads to the inner pilot threads, try replacing the pilot with one that will accept the main jets that you have. Or in other words try to find a pilot that will match length and outer threads to go into the body of the carb, yet still accepts replacement mains.

This is the issue with clone carbs. Finding jets is a big issue and jets can be different from one mikuni clone to another depending on who is manufacturing them

Si es para un motor 2 tiempos de bicimoto nesesitas Jets que el agujero sea mas pequeña . Eso se hace con estaño y micro bits (en eBay )

Treat land moped parts has jets vm20 uses a different pilot jet ibelive than all the other vm & tm mikuni carbs

M28/1001 type pilot jets for vm20 mm the only model that runs them main jets are large hex for mikuni main jets are all the same on other mikunis

Nice cab it looks like my VM 18 witch use the same size as the nt cab the size I can't remember right now but the package with the various jet has the info check the original and eBay has what you want 👍💯

I tried it from a rebuild kit and it still didn’t fit. I’ll just drill out the jet 👍🏾😁
