It is so refreshing to hear you speak about looking up to people that aren't perfect. There is a girl on my instagram with fake lips, hair extensions & extreme photo shopped photos. She's always posting photos with captions that she's so hot & vulgar content. Lowkey makes me feel brain dead. She is beyond shallow & self obsessed I can tell just by her photos & how much she cares about vanity. Not just her but most instagram baddies who think their thriving jusy because they look hot in their photos. I just graduated community College & I'm transferring to a cal state this fall. As I started my transition into college it completely transformed my mindset. I drifted away from looking up to physically beautiful girls on social media that are posting their filtered selves with absolutely no deeper meaning to their self identity other than their looks & I currently look up to & aspire to be like girls such as yourself who are educated & have true self confidence in real life. Hearing you talk about this made me feel like someone out there feels the same way i do. I completely agree with you ! Ps I love your content ❤

So at least in Chicago, there are a lot of non profit organizations for high academic performers who are low income. They give scholarships and mentorship programs to help with college. Not sure where you live, but google non-profits for underserved high school students or scholarships geared towards any identity you might claim (minority, women, LGBTQIA+, veteran, low-income, first-generation, etc). Hope this helps!
