On the contrary, not many Kenyans are that informed. We have a big problem: our media. They never do the homework. They are too negative. They only look at the downside of almost any/every issue. They never give the opposing /contrary view especially if it will not trigger backlash back home. The Kenyan media thrives on chaos (youtubers, twitter guys e.t.c. raising a fuss) on any issue. I'll give one example: The plane the president leased. The media was a cheer leader in criticising it rather than educating Kenyans on the pros and cons of leasing the said jet versus leasing our own jet (KQ-Kenya Airways). The media behaves liek football fans . Football fans have a bias. They come to support their team. That is our media for you.
