A good idea but the CEO is not a good communicator...Hopefully it does not impact performance. 5,000 acres is miniscule, tiny, a drop in the ocean. The jam and potential bottlenecks are likely to come from the very limited under capacitated localized county governments that are congested with local politics, corruption and greed. As a national project, the counties should be made to cede ground. That creative economy thing is a bad idea, the same lazy illogical focus that brought the equally infantile CBC curriculum to Kenya..
