Absolute power-corrupts! Ghanaian-democracy is matured enough to move to a parliamentary system. In a presidential system, the legislature has no hold over the executive and the president, the head of the government can easily turn-authoritarian or become detached from the plight of the people. It entrusts to much power in the hands of one man.
