[HD] SWISS 1st Boeing 777 delivery: low pass with F/A-18 & landing at Zurich Airport

The 1st of 9 Boeing 777 has been delivered today with a big ceremony! At 9 a.m. the flight arrived from Everett Paine Field with a low pass over runway 16 with F/A 18 fighters. Later landing with slow taxi past the spotting areas and water salute. Actually I wanted to record the video from the terrace, but it was too crowded, so I filmed from the opposite side.
Die erste von neun Boeing 777 wurde heute aus der Boeing Fabrik in Everett eingeflogen! Mit einem Tiefflug über die Piste 16 unter der Begleitung von zwei FA-18 Kapfjets, anschliessend Landung mit Begrüssung durch die Feuerwehr.

Great sight, well done Swiss for celebrating the arrival with the low pass. Great to see so many people turned out to witness the arrival too. Nicely filmed, and to catch the water canon welcome as well. Enjoyed watching this.

Jetzt mal ne blöde Frage von einem nicht- Flugzeug infizierten. Sind die 3 Achsen der Fahrwerke gelenkt? Bei 8:53 sieht das zumindest so aus.

+ChAbAr Hello... As I could read, the B777 will be deployed to the routes towoards San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Tel Aviv. Any way, with it, you can easily fly for more than 10'000 km.
