It's the same house as in the Hello video. Except she's leaving it, not arriving. The view from the window is the same in both videos, and the cell phone conversation the reverse. Its about moving on to the next stage of life (and asking her son for forgiveness for having to grow up a child of divorce). Her voice changed because of vocal damage, then surgery, and totally retraining her voice.
