After I filmed this I realized he was in the group GOT7 and I actually had already reacted to GOT7 from an older request and I'm shocked that I didn't remember that voice?! About the speed of their hand movements, I'm pretty sure there wasn't any change in speed to make the movements faster or slower. Jackson's 4 soldiers are a dance crew called Kinjaz so I wouldn't be surprised how accurate their movements are as well as Jackson's (Jackson used to be a professional fencer for Hong Kong so wouldn't be surprised at his speed...there's videos of him fencing to proof kzbin.info/www/bejne/mKrbXoGJqbCenZI @ 59:45).

The story is about a great Chinese General who fell in love with the Princess, but because of circumstances, their love was forbidden. So, the king sent men to kill the General and instructed that his body be buried in an unmarked, forsaken grave in the swamp, never to spoken of again. The Princess could not bear the pain of the loss, so she ended her own life in hopes that they would meet again in the afterlife. Unfortunately, she was given a royal's burial, far away from her beloved. Years later, four of the General's most loyal men managed to locate his grave (1:50). In order to restore the once broken bond between the Princess and her love, they performed a sacred ritual to summon their leader to walk among mortal men once again (2:03). They told him what had happened to his beloved. Although proud of his men for their unwavering loyalty, the news brought intolerable pain in his heart, as if the sun had lost it's light and would never shine again (Jackson's expression and the set's lighting at (2:42). He warned his men "Don't waste your love, just let it last. Because once it is gone, it is never coming back." (2:42). But, his men insisted if he could be resurrected, so could she. This brought much welcomed hope in the General, and the sun had returned to warm his heart (3:08). His men prepared themselves and their General for the journey to the grave of his beloved, so that they may perform the ritual (3:17). Upon their arrival (4:02), the General realized that what he wanted could never be. If he and his beloved were to be reunited in life, they would be disgraced. Instead, he wished to be put to rest with his love, to walk in eternity with the one that was taken from him, but such a task would require a great means of power and strength, more than he or any man could possess. But, his men loved their General, and would be loyal to him until death and beyond. So, the four soldiers allowed their leader to harness their energy using a similar ritual to the one they used to summon him (4:53). This however came at the price of their own lives and places in eternal existence (6:41) which they humbly and willingly sacrificed for their leader. Upon finishing the ritual, to his amazement (6:46), there before him... ascended his resurrected love, even more beautiful than he had remembered her. The General explained to her what had happened and what he planned to do. The Princess was reluctant to return to eternity (her expression at 7:33). They could be one in love in life, not in death. But, he comforted her saying, "There is a hundred ways to leave a lover, but why live mortally only to naively await death to separate us again? I won't wait a minute longer. I'm the only one that you need." (7:40) The General embraced the Princess in his arms tightly and tenderly (7:46) to be sure that they would not be separated during the journey to the afterlife. There they reside, at peace and in love for eternity. What a masterpiece, created with a folk story and modern pop electro music, new tools are not bad they let you express beyond just human abilities when used correctly, not just to be lazy... Jackson is Chinese he's fluent in eng and Korean and other languages and he is a member of got7 he's also Sabre fencer and have got many awards but he always loved music and wasn't happy as a fencer so he debuted as a rapper in got7 at 2014 He is also close to bts rm (idk why but i just have to mention this lol) (sorry my eng sucks)

He wasn't unhappy as a fencer, it's just his music dream was bigger. At that time of audition, he was preparing for the London 2012 Olympics with a scholarship from Stanford University, majoring in Psychology, his dad said if he gets first in Asia for junior Olympics then he can go audition. He ended up winning Gold for both individual and team, and got his parent's permission to go to JYP.

I think when he was talking about the speed up thing he was talking about a technique called cranking but he couldn't really explain it. Basically it's used to make moves look sharper on camera by removing a few frames during certain movements. It's often used in movie fight scenes to make punches look like they actually hit. It is used in many Kpop/dance MV's and one of the most obvious examples was in NCT 127's Limitless (you can see it Johnny is in the front during the second verse). It doesn't take away from the talent of the actual artist, think of it as a little polishing touch to deliver an even better final product.

@@wl9466 I guess you're late on the train. I'll try to explain it as easy as possible. You (HK) were adopted by British while your sister (Macao) was adopted by Portugal. But deep down you knew that one day you're both will be going back to your mother (China). The time finally came and to lessen the shock (maybe you were hoping it won't come true) your mother agree on you having your own life for another 40 years or so and hence the one country two system policy. While your mother is busy trying to rope in your half-sibling (Taiwan) into the same policy, you decided to break free and hence the protest. Your friends (some western countries) was all rooting for you but were too afraid to go head on with your mother. They were like, they wanted to support you but your mother is damn rich and practically own the (Made in China) stamp on almost every products they use. When your protest is going on, your mother don't even bat an eyelashes and let you be. In fact, she said and do nothing. So now some of the outsiders (other countries) who never pay attention to you and your mother, were looking at you like some spoilt child throwing tantrum. And with the covid-19 going wild, your mother has shown the world that she can preservere without any help and at the same time is willing to help others (including your friends). The question is, will your friends accept the help? Me, as an outsider is finding this drama exciting while lock in my own house. Lol. Oh, I hope it also answer the HK-China relationship and what citizenship status Jackson is. Basically, he's part of HK which is part of China.

I’d say the reason he doesn’t have a stereotypical nasally tone, is because he was a rapper before he started singing! You can’t have a nasally tone with rapping unless you’re really articulate. He’s the main rapper of the Kpop group he’s in (Got7). And the fact that he is known for having a deep and raspy tone when he’s rapping (mostly just raspy when he speaks) makes it even more impressive that his voice is so clear and smooth when he’s singing! Multi-talented king. Also: the storyline behind the music video is that Jackson is a Chinese general that fell in battle. His loyal soldiers resurrected him from his grave and helped him on the journey to find his beloved lover, who died while he was away, so he could be buried with her and finally both be at peace.

He's a rapper from Korean group Got7 who debuted under JYP, but he himself is from Hong Kong. Used to be on the national fencing team before JYP scouted him, so he gave up a promising sports career to try something he had never tried before. I'm not a Got7 stan but consumed a lot of Korean media growing up and always enjoyed their music and TV appearances. Jackson always cracked me up tbh lmao he's so likeable! But it was definitely not an easy choice to make and leaving his family behind to pursue something in another country like... damn he's come so far I'm so proud of him.

Jackson's latest single shows how love can conquer death. The video clip shows a loyal army team (dancers) performing a ritual to revive Jackson from his unpleasant grave . Jackson then joined the army and did other things. He performed the ritual to remove the people he loved from his grave, so that they could be reunited. Jackson Wang is a very talented artist he was born in Hong Kong, China. He went to American International School in Hong Kong. Justin, honestly, you have reacted to GOT7 before lol idk, I usually don't comment on these things because it's your channel and idk what you are going for with your concept but I hope you will pay more attention to the groups you react to because it often feels like you watch these vids for the clout and you don't really care (even if you say you like what you see). The story that is being told is of man who falls in love with a woman and the woman loves him too but they cannot be together because a prince takes her as his bride. The music video picks up a thousand years after the man (Jackson) dies and he gets reunited with his love after she dies and they are together from then on. The thing that they keep doing with their hands is a spell. The trees are not CGI they are just props.

I liked this video of Jackson, because on Got7 he never does solos and I was surprised he sang because he is a rapper. Loved that it was in English since I'm from California. The reason I liked Jackson because he's so funny. His video running away from the girl kick boxer was hilarious.
