Filipino mostly doesn't follow rules wheb they sing. The only requirement that every filipino singer shouldn't forget is giving the song justice by sincerely singing it, feeling the song, and understanding the song. Technicalities is the least priority. Believe it or not, but most of the Filipino singers doesn't undergone any vocal lessons. Every household has a Karaoke.

Rules among Filipino singers: 1. You can't forget the lyrics of the song 2. You can't have a "piyok" during live performances (unintentional vocal break) or else they'll laugh at you 3. You need to be a good-excellent singer if you want to be a recording artist here, or else people will mock you 4.
