FACT: Indonesia has more than a thousand of different ethnic group, and each ethnic group has their own cultures, costumes, language.. most of indonesian use their own mother tongue on the daily basis, but Bahasa Indonesia is the official language, that makes Bahasa Indonesia be one of the biggest 'second-language' spoken in the world, well indonesian citizens is about 270 million, and most of indonesian are bilingual/trilingual including their own mother tongue, bahasa indonesia, and other languages

As an Indonesian let me explain that what you've just watched is a compilation of multiple sub-cultures of Indonesia, it's pieces of each sub-ethnical groups that we call 'suku' , so there is for example suku jawa, suku batak, suku bali etc. And every each sub-ethnical group has it's own culture, music, signature traditional foods, ethnical clothes, it's own local language, and I can explain that all are different from one suku to another. What what you've just watch is a compilation of Indonesia from west to east, south to north. Every corner of Indonesia is beautiful, either for it's nature nor for it's culture. And as a economic growing country, modernisation is taking part of it, so it modern culture is also growing but without leaving our identity as a proud Indonesian. Glad u enjoy every bit of our culture ;) welcome to our Great country, the Emerald of the Equator.

Why is the creature in the final scene not 'Garuda'? Why a Dragon? The mythological creature in the last scene of 'Wonderland Indonesia' is a manifestation of Antaboga (Ontobugo) and Garuda. In ancient Javanese puppetry, Antaboga is the king of snakes guarding the belly of the earth. The ruler of the 'underworld'. The figure of Antaboga or Naga is attached to Javanese and Balinese culture. Usually found in gamelan carvings, gates and gates as a symbol of 'guardian'. Physically, Antaboga is more like a dragon snake, but we develop it with the mighty combination of Garuda with its wings. As a symbol of the guardians of the upper and lower worlds. And on the forehead there is the symbol 'Surya Majapahit' which means God Nawa Sanga. Nine guardian gods at each corner of the wind. Why not Garuda with the results only? Garuda Pancasila is a national symbol that is certainly sensitive if fantasized in ancient times. Because the emblem of the country is protected by law. That's a little fairy tale. Regards #WonderlandIndonesia | Merdeka Berbudaya! I think Raya movie can litte interpret it

one of the best thing about having so many different ethnics, cultures and religions in this country is that we have so many national holidays to celebrate in a year which means we're getting extra holiday from going to school or work 😂

I will write it in Indonesian and in English: Saya sudah melihat video ini berkali kali dan saya selalu merinding. I have seen this video many times and it gives me goosebumps every time. Alffy Rev is showing to the world how beautiful and rich Indonesia is with its diversity in cultures and in this music, you can hear the voice of Indonesia’s first President announcing the proclamation of Indonesia, announcing that Indonesia is officially a free country, announcing Indonesia’s Independence. An Independence that we earn, an Independence that was not given to us but we fought for it.

I left Indonesia 39 years ago, having born on Java Island from Sundanese ethnic, my mother tongue is Sundanese. In school I learned Bahasa Indonesia, the national language of the country, then I moved to Bali after elementary school, then in Bali I learned Balinese language. So up to now, I speak 3 languages (Balinese is different from Sundanese and of course Bahasa Indonesia), this is so important for people of Indonesia to learn our national language so we can communicate to one and another in this multi ethnics of about 17000 islands nation. Indonesian are so lucky to have a national language. Javanese is majority language (largest minority language in the world) but mostly spoken on Java island. No I don't speak Javanese, Sundanese has ha na ca ra ka (correct me) for alphabet and da mi na ti la da for musical scale. BTW I love your reaction, good energy!
