Out of all the reactors you are the only one I truly like because of how you analyze the performance. You are a very good teacher especially for people like me who has no music genes 😂 I get to understand all those music terminology. We Filipinos tend to pronounce wrongly the B and V or mispronounced the F so, there is no reason to excuse yourself. That goes to show your honesty and good hearing. Goodluck

that guy you're commenting with the good vibrato in the beginning (red bow tie and left most side) is Kiefer my favorite. you're really good in your analysis and i really wish that you are the one coaching them specifically on the accent because English is a second language in the Philippines and the Philippines accent would definitely show once in a while.

Around 5:37 you speak about how we often forget things like they’re in front of a lot of people, and that they’re kids. Add to that too, I believe this was their first performance out of the country. Lots of pressure and they delivered. Such great talent from such young kids.

They've all got unique wonderful voices but together, be it in unison or harmony, they're spectacular! I love that in unison, you can really hear them as one and that's amazing. I super enjoy your reactions and analysis and learn so much from you. I love these kids I can imagine how proud their folks are. They would certainly need to enhance their enunciation but that's secondary. They're on the right track wowing the world. Thanks again.

Yes Coach that HARMONY!!! You have a terrific ear, love it when you catch all of the TNT Boys' musical nuances. But, their harmony at the end, I've written this oberservation before, on a different person's reaction, these boys sounded like a full chorus when they harmonized at the end!!!! How do they use their vocals to accomplish this effect??? Is there an explanation or is this a phenomenon? I re-watch this video expecting to see additional singers back stage, or feet sticking out from beneath the curtain. But, there is no one besides the TNT Boys on stage harmonizing. I'm baffled. Lastly Coach, please, please react to their video, "GGV TNT Boys Sing Listen." Thank you soooo much!

The boy in 1:27 run is Kiefer. I am obsessed with his run, I just can’t believe it is comes out very naturally, thinking he’s only probably 10-11 yrs old. Omg! I am really a fan of TNT Boyz. These kids are incredible. They are going to be HUUGE. Thanks for your commentary. There is a video out there of how they came together. Almost like as a game portion on the talent show where the host of the philipino show asks one of the boys if the knows the lyrics to a song. He says yes and sings the first bar. Then the second kids says he knows it too and sings the second bar and it sounded good together. Then the host asks the third kid if he knows it too and he belts out the third bar. AND THEN the host continues with the song and randomly gives the three boys the next bar to sing and they sound excellent together. The host’s mouth hits the floor as he realizes how good they sound together and that was the inception of the TNT Boys. The funny part of that video is a forth kid tries to jump in and the host stops him cuz he realizes he has gold.

The Filipino language doesn't have V or F. So it takes concentrated effort not to pronounce them as B and P. When the TNT Boys grow older they will learn to enunciate the words as they hear them.

@ronpascubillo94016 жыл бұрын
Dear Coach, Your reactions are genuine and of pure delight. There's a modern saying that "Vibrato on every not is like putting ketchup all over the music." 😅 One reason why i fell in love with the Baroque Violin and HIPP (Historically Informed Performance Practice) in early music is because there were rules when and where to use vibrato, when not to etc. When to break these rules which all depend on good taste. I think you've mentioned good taste in either the Flashlight or the Somebody to Love reaction videos. Variations of straight tone and vibrato make a performance interesting and fresh. These same reasons are why i'm obsessing over TNT Boys' performances. ♥️👍 Philippine languages (with very few exceptions) do not have "th", "f" nor "v" they become "d", "p", and "b" hence "Da Prenetik Bowl" for [the frenetic vole]. 😏😅 I'm sure phonetic issues with these talented boys will be corrected in no time. I look forward to your future reactions and objective analysis. Warm regards, Ron
