This is Eunkwang and BTOB's forte... There are a lot of live performances that you can check out especially in Immortal Song... Eunkwang stepped back a little to support the younger ones but when he's with BTOB his vocal power is released. Since you've started watching Kingdom, try watching their Blue Moon performance in Kingdom. He's a monster. Jongho's vibrato is unique in kpop and with Seungmin's voice, the members said that it opened up more and it sounded more whole.

you're absolutely not the only one who cried, there's a video of this performance that's intercut with the reactions of the other groups on kingdom and most of them were tearing up, especially the other stray kids members Also, the three of them chose the song themselves! Eungkwang naturally has more experience than Seungmin and Jongho since he debuted in 2012 and BtoB (pronounced bee to bee) are known for their incredible vocals but, as you also pointed out, he really took them under his wing and they worked well together from the start

Eunkwang deserves so much credit for how he arranged this song, with the line distribution, the range, the change-ups in who had harmony or melody, letting them all have shining moments while taking full advantage of the natural qualities in their different voices/registers/colors. This is such a singer's singer arrangement, truly made to just let them all get into their vocals and let loose.

At first when they formed the vocal unit and tried singing together a bit I remember thinking well their three voices don't really goes well together I love the three of them but they're too different. But with his work and arrangements when you hear this performance you can't help feeling that their voices goes SO well together it seems like it was meant to be, like they were created to sing together. Agreed and that’s why BTOB was such a brilliant sunbae. Seungmin and Jongho are already known to be beautiful vocalists but Eungkwang gave them the benefit of his knowledge and experience and taught them finesse. The bts really showed how much they learned about the subtleties and even their group was floored by the flex of their potential. It could have easily been BTOB flexing on their sunbae status and be front and centre, but all three stepped back and let their juniors do what they are best known for, SKZ for the rap and minhyuk just guiding and adding to it, peniel just being the adorable chill big bro with his dancing juniors and now Eungkwang just guiding these two as they soared. Truly Mayfly understood the assignment.

I'm a stay but the admiration I have for btob and specifically Eungkwang with his singing is through the roof. he is also the leader of btob and did the arranging for this stage. he truly was able to bring the best parts of all their vocals to this stage and I love him for letting everyone shine. (he honestly held back a little and let the other two shine 🥺) also I love this reaction so much because it really represents how stunned I was by all the vocals. I don't think in the other stages there was much room for jongho/ateez to show his full vocal capability, more on the rap side (I could be wrong)? but for skz the 'I'll be your man' stage definitely did and probably any of the stages for btob are great for vocals!

There was a recent comment that 4th gen idol groups do not have much vocal talent but I don't agree even though I'm more of a 2nd and 3rd gen fan. It's evident here with Seungmin and Jongho that they have it. Eunkwang was actually AMAZING since his debut. He was known for his vocals for so long and koreans always vote him as the best vocal among idols. In fact, btob are all trained since the beginning. But after debut eunkwang started performing musicals. Now he can do everything. He can even sing a soprano so easily & he has an amazing breath control. He KNOWS what he’s doing. And he directed both jongho and seungmin in this performance and they absolutely killed it and created such a beautiful harmony. For Ateez live performances I would recommend their immortal songs performances, The Black Cat Nero in particular. And for Jongho I would recommend watching his OST covers. Also, recently they released Turbulence which is a very vocal heavy song, so if you're looking to see all of their vocals showcased, I think that's a great MV to react to. As for BTOB, they're all such great singers, and I'm sure that anything you watch from them would blow your mind. Eunkwang is one of my favorite vocalists, but their entire vocal line are absolutely amazing.

Even when BTOB is a Kpop Group their singing and rap style it's not like other kpop groups, they usually use their natural full voices and the Raps use to be melodic. They are Born to Beat (BtoB) and we the fandom are Melody. So pretty accurate with music more than dance. They want to dance lately though. Ateez performances of Wonderland and Answer on Kingdom:Legendary war were epic. The original songs are really good (I already owned both of them) but the rearrangement that their leader/songwriter HongJoong did for Kingdom was jaw dropping, even if it’s not perfect because it’s live. But Jongho has a triple high note in the kingdom version of wonderland that is only a double in the music video version. P.S. both of those arrangements are available on ATEEZ’s new album Zero Fever: Epilogue. BTOB has this thing where I usually (not always) don’t love their title tracks, but they have amazing B sides. Whatever you listen to though, it’s a fact the BTOB has the best harmonies in kpop. Also Eun Kwang was the one who did the arrangement of Love Poem, and he said he did it purposely so that the younger singers would shine.

BTOB Blue is where it is at for top of the line idol vocal. It's the BTOB vocal line and they go off in every single song. Their maknae, Seungjae, who calls himself the sub-sub vocal could easily be main vocal in any other group.

BTOB is known for their harmonies and any live performance is going to be amazing. Also, in many of BTOB’s performances, the rap line is harmonizing with the vocalists or the vocalists are harmonizing while the rap line is rapping. I *highly* recommend BTOB - It’s Okay, I’ll Be UpYour Man, Someday, The Feeling, Friend, Star, Second Confession, Missing You, and Only One For Me. I suggest checking out lyric videos and then a live stage because their live stages are always better than the recording. Another fyi, BTOB lost one of their rappers last year but the group is originally 7, now 6 (I hate that), but there are only 4 members in Kingdom (btob4u subunit) because the other 2 members were completing their mandatory military service during Kingdom. They both discharged in mid-November this year. I *highly* recommend Pentagon (BTOB’s Junior label group), Apink, and Victon as groups you should check out as well.

If you want harmonies really try BTOB. I bounced into them more with Kingdom and God, I knew a lot but still didn't appreciate properly. They slay every song they pick and even rappers are quite good singers, Minhyuk being really quite proficient. Their blue moon Kingdom performance was just soooooo good, their vocal line is only pros. Eunkwang's mum is a professional singer too, she sing with him once and it was beautiful.

Btob always sing live you know bec one time they did lypsinc (w/c they were asked to do by the music show pd) it was a total mess lol! Their vocals are insane live, it sounds the same as the studio ver. I recommend you to check out their Immortal Song "To My Love" and "Under the Sky" also their live cover of "Cold", "Woman"and "I Hate You". For their songs, it's a must to listen to "It's Okay", "Way Back Home", "I'll Be Your Man" and "Missing You". i have cried every time i've listened to this, i love all the groups involved in this, but BtoB is my ultimate group ;w; BtoB are well known for their amazing vocals, you should definitely check them out! Eunkwang especially is a very lovely person with an even lovelier voice ;w; if you watch the behind the scenes for this, he was so supportive of the two younger singers and it just warmed my heart ;o; they learned so much from him and i will never not be emotional when i watch or listen to this performance ;w;
