Vocal coach reacts to Amira - Amazing Grace cover / first time listening

Untill I heard Amira sing this, my favourite version was the Judy Collins hit from 1970. In comparison that one is delivered straight, without the massive arrangement that Amira has. Amira was just 13 when she sang this.

For me, partly because I know some of Amira's back story, but, also because I absolutely am in love with her voice, I feel that Amira can do no wrong.

Amira is simply the best head and shoulders above the rest. Her angelic beautiful voice ministers to the deepest parts of our hearts. To think she was only 13 years of age doing this performance is absolutely amazing. Amira is also a beautiful human being with a heart of compassion and love for poor and underprivileged children in South Africa giving a major part of her earnings to them Praise God for Amira. Thank you for your reaction to her have subscribed. Please do more reactions to her. Amira is now 20 years of age and is doing a music degree in Pretoria South Africa where she now resides

Amira has sung many hymns if you would like to hear more, also operatic arias, crossover, etc. She also sang I'll Walk With God, a duet with Lukhanyo Moyake, a South African tenor.

Yes, so exquisitely sung here. She also sang O Holy Night when just 12 or so, in Holland, at the 100th birthday party of a notable lady. Amira's version of Jerusalem/The Holy City is only in Afrikaans, her mother tongue in South Africa, but most videos come with the subtitles too.
