By now this amazing girl has gone so far that she has become practically not commentable, you can only admire her and be happy to be there when she continues to grow and bewitch us with her incredible voice. She is absolutely a cure for souls and for the heart, the only contraindication is that she makes cry with emotion. 💛 🧡 ❤️

Great comments. Angelina does have it all and she does complex vocal things that others rarely attempt (or even think of). You should compare this to her cover of the same song at 10yo. You could hear that even then she had the artistic knowledge to do things that her "pipes" weren't quite ready to deliver. They are now! Also, it's good that you stop and comment. When you do, back up a few seconds on the restarts and re-hear some of the good parts after you mention them. Thanks,

I second the motion that you watch her first rendition at 10 years old. The first part is the intro to the song that hardly anybody has ever sung, but she captivates us with it and then puts all her passion into her Valentine to all of us!

My Funny Valentine This is my 70th time listening to this MASTERPIECE and each time I experience a new level of perfection by our ethereal prodigy extraordinaire, Angelina Jordan. When you listen to the A cappella portions of this performance at the very end of the song you are truly experiencing the genius of Angelina Jordan’s PERFECT PITCH. Sinatra, rest in peace Angelina Jordan, the Bare Foot Queen has taken the crown and there is nothing like her in the universe. When I first heard her perform this I put it on pause and brought up Sinatra, Bublé, Streisand, Fitzgerald and Vaughan's version of this song to compare it to AJ version, and none of them moved me like this version. It is so hard to comprehend that Angelina from 7 to 16 is the greatest story telling being in my 74 years of experiencing great vocalist and I can't wait for the rest of the story.

Great reaction and breakdown to the most amazing Artist on the Planet! Her knowledge always exceeded her capabilities, for her vocal chords weren't developed enough, though ahead of everyone else. Looking like a 'Persian Princess, thanks to genes from Iranian grandmother Mery Zamani, she looks 'stunning' with her long, flowing hair and those penetrating eyes. The 'breathy', 'sensual' style she learned from Billie Holiday has been perfected and is on full display here. Had 'Alexander The Great' heard and seen this modern day goddess, after he conquered Persia, there's no way he would have taken the beautiful Roxanne (daughter of The King in Persia) for his bride, instead wanting Angelina. 'Queen Of Jazz' and 'Queen Of The World' are two proper titles for our bare footed princess, that's for sure.

This song is from the 1937 musical Babes in Arms. It was a Rodgers and Hart song. This has been covered by hundreds and hundreds of artists. It is a jazz standard performed by many, many singing icons. I have heard this performed by many artists and none compare to her performance. This is stunning.

Probably in LA, probably antique store, definitely classic Angelina Jordan Astar, definitely Rob Christie (a Grammy winner himself) on piano!!! She recorded this song at age 6, age 10, and now at age 16. I hope I live to hear her sing at age 30!!! WOW!!!
