Thanks so much for reacting to our boys! They do sing live, but they do have a backing track that is sometimes very loud. The one with who did the high note (Jongho) ALWAYS sings live, even at fansigns and the two rappers always rap live as well. Some of the other members do sometimes rely on the backing track when they're dancing a lot though. I recommend checking out their live version of Hala Hala where you can easily hear that their live :)

If you want a few other (underrated) kpop boy groups known for their live vocals, I would definitely suggest listening to any live performance by ONEUS, ONEWE, IMFACT, INFINITE, VIXX, A.C.E., and VRomance. They truly eat CDs for breakfast. I would definitely recommend you listening to IMFACT's cover of MAMAMOO's 'Starry Night' since you seem to like MAMAMOO quite a lot (and those boys are really big fans of MAMAMOO). Meanwhile, ONEUS, ONEWE, and VRomance all belong to the same company as MAMAMOO, and their live vocals do not disappoint. 🙂👌🏼

I recommend Music Bank or Music Core if you want a loud sound in from their mics. Mcountdown tend to have loud back vocals and just a heads up: Mcountdown is owned my MNET who is very strict with copyrights. Hey Justin, I'm a huge Atiny (ATEEZ fan) and A.R.M.Y (BTS fan) but dance wise and vocal wise I'd say you should look into ATEEZ more. They've stolen my #1 KPOP group spot because there are no dance floors, all vocalists are perfect, rappers are always killing the game and they've only JUST reached their once year aniversary together! I'd recommend watching Wonderland, Say My Name, Pirate King, Treasure, HALA HALA and Illusion to learn a bit about them :)

Please react to BTOB~ they are quite widely known to be one of the best if not the best vocal group in Kpop. They have four vocalists and three rappers and they are amazing. They actually use their fans as backup singers and they often sing rather than chant. I would highly recommend To My Love (a performance by the vocalists on Immortal Song), I’ll Be Your Man and Beautiful Pain (their main vocalist is actually absent in this song as he was in the army but all vocalists are main vocalists sO). BTOB also pretty much never lip sync because they don’t need to.

ateez, in my opinion, are very strong vocalists as rookies. i feel that later on they're only going to get stronger. if you really want to get to know their voices more, i suggest you react to Star1117 and sunrise. Star1117 really showcases their voices and even the rappers of the group are singing. it is also 100% live. they do sing live but because of music shows like mnet, it's hard to hear due to the backing track. also please keep in mind they are still rookies and are a year into their career. they are also young with the oldest being 21 and the youngest 19. stylizing isn't gonna be easy for them yet. thank you for reacting to ateez :)

The vocals are actually live, recently they perform at the MAMA Awards in front of BTS. They are BTS fanboys, they also produce their own songs and write their lyrics.
