The gentleman at the piano is Igor Krutoy, a billionaire composer, and pianist who came out of retirement after attending a performance where he first heard Dimash sing Sinful Passion. He asked Diamsh and his dad if they would allow him to write music for Dimash. He and Lara Fabian composed "Your Love" for Dimash. He covered her song "Adagio". Dimash's native language is Kazakh, he is from Kazakhstan, but I think this song is in Russian. He sings in 14 languages so it's hard to keep up. Since this is being performed in Sochi, it is probably Russian. No. it is not Indian, he is simply vocalizing. I guess Russians react differently than Americans, and I think it is a matter of respect to give him their undivided attention. Dimash donates his flowers to convalescent homes and hospitals. PLEASE, let your next video of Dimash be his performance of "Unforgettable Day" from his performance on Singer 2017". He was 22 at that time and had written that song when he was 19. Others will prefer his performance where he hits a D8 note, but, the one I am referring to is so outstanding even without it. Thank you for your reaction videos of Dimash.

Btw, a few years ago Dimash said in an interview that he doesn't watch reactions to his performances any more. He said that although he used to watch them at the beginning he stopped because no matter how strong your character is, if you keep hearing compliments, at some point you will start believing it and he doesn't want that to happen to himself, so he stopped watching reactions on KZbin, he also doesn't read anything about himself on the internet or pay much attention to social media. His team let him know if there is anything in particular he needs to see but he generally steers away to keep himself level headed and calm.

Dimash is Kazakh, from Kazakhstan! When he uses his tribal style it’s obviously in the Middle Eastern ie Kazakh tradition. His control is amazing, glottal stops & the runs up & down the scale that he executes so flawlessly, are superb.

He's just released the teaser for his new music video and it looks freakin awesome! This is in Russia and they don't give standing ovations to artists or make a lot of noise. Dimash did say once that he initially found Russian audiences difficult to get used to after the exuberance and noise of his Chinese concerts.

I understand that it's a cultural thing in Russia to simply sit and applaud politely no matter how spectacular the performance. However, if you want to see Dimash fans standing and reacting with excitement, check out some of his performances at his live concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Some of those fans stood for four hours! I don't believe you have yet reacted to "El Amor En Ti."

Dimash is from Kazakhstan and his native language is Kazakh. I believe he's singing this song in Russian which is a second language in which most Kazaks are fluent. Yes this is a different kind of performance and it is a cultural thing with the audience. His actual concerts are lit and the audience is much more like you would find in a Western concert audience.

This is the version of the song with lyrics. This is in Russian. There is also a vocalise version. There's something mesmerizing about the Vocalise. You feel like you’re in a trance. Incredibly beautiful and incredibly difficult to sing. He has come out of retirement to work with Dimash. True masterpieces were created. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. This song is in Russian, as most of Igor Krutoy's songs are. Dimash's mother tongue is Kazakh and a large part of Kazakhs also speak Russian, as does he. He does sing in about 14 languages, even though he doesn't speak all of them. He does another version of this song, Know Vocalise, where he sits on the stage and just vocalises all the way through it and it is amazing!! Dimash has done a sell out concert in New York in 2019. He has also been based in LA this year working with different producers and has just announced a new song and mv will be coming soon!! I loved your reaction 😊🙏💕

I believe this is Russian. Kazakhstan has 2 official languages, Kazakh (similar to Turkish) and Russian. Dimash is fluent in both and pretty fluent in English now, too. Even though he finds Mandarin very difficult (yeh), he seems to be picking up a lot of it and gets compliments on how well he sings it. Yes, Eastern Europeans are pretty stiff in a performance, but they bring on the flowers. Frankly, as a short woman, I don't want people spoiling my view of the stage. I attend a lot of classical music concerts, and no one stands for those even in the U.S.

I love that other countries are more reserved at concerts! It shows respect for the performer and other concert-goers!! I hate it when people stand up because then YOU'RE BLOCKING THE VIEW OF THOSE BEHIND YOU!. I was lucky enough to see him in concert in Prague, and had a floor seat. People stayed seated most of the time, but when the people in front of me would stand up or keep moving their heads, all I saw was their heads or backs; they almost completely blocked my view of Dimash! I am in favor of people staying seated! 😂🤗♥️🎶

Dimash native language is Kazakh. It’s a Turkic language . It has some of the same roots as Turkish. This is a beautiful song. I love the vocalización part which is not Indian but Central Asia mix at times with Arabic rhythms. People in his concerts are sitting in chairs except two side sections where the fans are standing. Also, in East Europe people gives flowers. This performance was in Sochi, Russia. Take care. ❤️☮️

It's called respect to artist and the other people in the audience that they remain seated. They're not like the idiots that we have in U.S. audiences, that stand up, yell, howl, and scream. Here, that would be considered very disrespectful to the artist.

New Wave is a competition show, not a concert. Not that Dimash was competing here, he was a guest performer. As someone who's been to a Dimash concert overseas, for the most part you're seated so you don't block the view of those behind you, but once someone stands then everyone stands.

You’re just missing a different cultural norm. In Russia, he’s performing in Sochi I believe, this is how they show respect - by sitting and watching the performance and staying relatively quiet. Remember, many of these people were raised under Communism where standing out from the norm wasn’t tolerated well, or at all. Dimash’s native tongue is Kazakh and he’s fluent in Russian. He also has some English and Mandarin Chinese in his language tool-belt. My alternate title for this performance is “Dimash duets with instuments” as he does at the end. He’s simply a musical genius.

This is in Russian. It's the 2nd language of Kazakhstan. Dimash's mother language is Kazakh. Back then he was in Russia a lot for events. This year was Chinese events. This is a premiere at an event, not his own concert. 😊 It depends on the country too. The flowers started in Russia and now everyone does it for him. I like how at the beginning of this, you can see him go into Artist Mode right before singing. La costumbre de otros países es respetar al artista y aplaudir sentados! Depende de la cultura! En sus concierto las latinas se hacen escuchar gritan a veces lo desconcentra!
